I'm Anna. I tend to post architecture, abandoned buildings, street art and landscapes...and a periodic cupcake. In fact, I think a cupcake picture is my most popular post on tumblr, which I don't really understand, but okay, folks. ;) Don't follow me based on my posts from only one day. Some days I post a lot of graff, and I think graff lovers get excited they found another graffiti blog and sub to me. The next day I may post pastel flowers and ballerinas. Womp Womp. I post things I find pretty, and interesting, and inspiring, and sad, and haunting. You know, all the great stuff that makes up life.

Final Goodbyes

 This is a picture of me and my abuelita taken about a year ago. She has stopped eating and drinking water—the body’s way of saying, “I’m done here and ready to go.” But, before she leaves, I need to say my final goodbyes, and that’s what I’ll be doing away from tumblr for the next few days.  It’s strange that life can sometimes feel sooo long, because damn, it goes by quickly. Take the time to tell people how much you love them, how much they matter, and if you’re strong enough, show them.

  • Friend: Actually, there are three lines--one for the right cheek, one for the left cheek, and one for right down the middle.
